Turkey Frying
 

Turkey Frying Marinade for Injector

  • 8 Ounces of Beer
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Poultry Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    Blend into fine fluid (so it wont clog the injector) and inject into all of the meatier parts of the Turkey before frying.
