Turkey Frying Marinade for Injector
- 8 Ounces of Beer
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Poultry Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Blend into fine fluid (so it wont clog the injector) and inject into
all of the meatier parts of the Turkey before frying.
