Rub 6-8 lb Pork Shoulder (or Boston Butt Shoulder) with equal amounts of paprika, chili powder and red pepper.
Grill 210-215°F on rack over drip pan for 10-12 hours. (or in oven uncovered on broiler pan)
or Cook at 350°F covered with foil for 4 hours in oven.
Cool for 15 minutes and cut/pull apart meat with 2 forks. Just barely moisten with your favorite mustard BBQ sauce and serve.
