Rose Canadian Style Bacon with Potatoes
Here is a "home fries" style recipe for a great potato side dish.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of boiled and peeled potatoes in chunks 1/2 inch thick
One 5 oz. package of Rose Canadian Style Bacon in 1/8 inch strips
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oil in a pan on low flame. Add all ingredients except potatoes. Cook for five minutes stirring occasionally. Add the potatoes and continue cooking for five minutes. Serve hot.
