Cole Slaw for BBQ
A Favorite Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cabbage; shredded very fine
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise; (Dukes)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2 medium carrots; shredded (opt)

Shred very fine, a small head of cabbage or 1/2 of a larger head. Stir  together remaining ingredients and mix just enough with cabbage to moisten.  Refrigerate and serve.
