Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage; shredded very fine
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise; (Dukes)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1-2 medium carrots; shredded (opt)

Shred very fine, a small head of cabbage or 1/2 of a larger head. Stir together remaining ingredients and mix just enough with cabbage to moisten. Refrigerate and serve.
