{"id":79,"date":"2011-04-26T20:14:15","date_gmt":"2011-04-27T01:14:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingworld.com\/OutdoorCookingBLOG\/?p=79"},"modified":"2016-09-06T10:18:11","modified_gmt":"2016-09-06T17:18:11","slug":"mr-js-favorite-beer-marinated-beef-ribs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingworld.com\/?p=79","title":{"rendered":"Mr. J&#8217;s Favorite Beer Marinated Beef Ribs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a very special rib recipe I garnered in my tenure in South Carolina, although I have a tendency to believe that the origins of this recipe are from the environs around New Orleans.<\/p>\n<p>* 2-4 beef ribs<br \/>\n* 3 cans of beer<br \/>\n* 1 tablespoons horseradish<br \/>\n* teaspoon garlic Powder<br \/>\n* teaspoon onion Powder<br \/>\n* 2 teaspoons salt<br \/>\n* 1\/2 cup olive oil (or peanut oil)<br \/>\n* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar<br \/>\n* 1 tablespoon mustard powder<br \/>\n* 1 whole chopped onion<br \/>\n* 4 garlic cloves crushed and chopped lightly<\/p>\n<p>It doesn&#8217;t get much easier than this for beef ribs. Add all the ingredients together in a none reactive container. I prefer a glass mixing bowl with a glass lid.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Add the ribs, coat and make sure they are submerged. I am prone to place a half slice between each pair of beef ribs.
