This recipe witch includes broccoli and onion results in a delicious surprise.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n4 eggs<br \/>\n1 stick butter<br \/>\n1 large onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 package of frozen broccoli<br \/>\nSubstitute fresh broccoli of about 1 &#8211; 1\/2 cup, cooked<br \/>\n1 cup cottage cheese<br \/>\n1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix<br \/>\n1\/8 to about 1\/4 teaspoon of Your favorite extra hot hot sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 350 degrees and in it melt butter in a 9 by 13 inch oven proofed baking pan.<\/p>\n<p>Beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Blend the Jiffy Cornbread Mix until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Pour on top of melted butter in baking pan.
