{"id":24,"date":"2011-04-17T12:11:52","date_gmt":"2011-04-17T17:11:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingworld.com\/OutdoorCookingBLOG\/?p=24"},"modified":"2016-09-06T10:05:37","modified_gmt":"2016-09-06T17:05:37","slug":"barbecued-trout-stuffed-with-fresh-rosemary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingworld.com\/?p=24","title":{"rendered":"Barbecued Trout Stuffed with Fresh Rosemary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe creates a nice and subtle combination of trout and seasoning<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n2 teaspoons olive oil<br \/>\n2 boned trout, 8 ounces each (heads on or off, if you can stand looking a trout in the eye)<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/8 teaspoon pepper<br \/>\n4 sprigs fresh rosemary<br \/>\n2 tablespoons fresh parsley<br \/>\n1 lemon, quartered<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<p>Place 2 sprigs of rosemary inside of each trout.<\/p>\n<p>Heat coals. Platform heavy duty foil, or meshed fish cooking plate onto hot grill. Soaked wood planks will work as well. Cook 5 minutes per side, or until opaque through to the middle.<\/p>\n<p>Remove and slice down the center, lengthwise.
