{"id":215,"date":"2011-06-05T16:10:47","date_gmt":"2011-06-05T21:10:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingworld.com\/OutdoorCookingBLOG\/?p=215"},"modified":"2016-09-19T11:28:59","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T18:28:59","slug":"raclette-on-the-grill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingworld.com\/?p=215","title":{"rendered":"Raclette on the Grill"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>I often wondered if you can manage Raclette on a grill, until I found Raclette trays without the plastic handles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\nSmall potatoes<br \/>\nSmall pickled corn<br \/>\nPickled onions or cocktail onions<br \/>\nCornichons (baby gherkins)<br \/>\nSmall slices of fresh baguettes<br \/>\nRaclette cheese 8 or 12 ounces to a pound, depending on the quantities above<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\nScrub the baby potatoes and cook ahead with the skin on. Arrange on the Raclette trays or use small grill proof saucers or trays. Add the corn, onions, and pickles. Place a slice of cheese over the top, and cover the grill until the cheese is melted.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately while the cheese is bubbling and hot. You can also place larger slices onto a grill proof platter in the middle of the grill.
