This one is pretty &#8220;smooth&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar<br \/>\n1\/4 cup olive oil<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon heavy cream<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons crumbled blue cheese<br \/>\nTwo or three drops of fresh squeezed lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\nReal simple! In a bowl combine the vinegar with salt and pepper to taste, add the oil and the cream in a thin stream, while whisking. Continue to whisk the dressing until the ingredients are smooth and silky. Stir in the blue cheese and swirl in the lemon juice.
