Place steak in marinade turning to coat completely. Marinate covered in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Place on cooking grate. Cook 5 minutes on each side so steak is browned on the outside but still rare in the center.
