When the days get longer and Spring is in the air, a young man or woman’s fancy turns to grilling!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love nothing better than sitting outside and cooking. Outdoor cooking is a pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think it is a pleasure more folks would enjoy if only there was more information available about it. Well here it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ll be adding recipes each week this winter and on into summer – and probably on into next winter, since, as all my friends will tell you – “for Foster J. Grilling ain’t no seasonal thing.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
