When the days get longer and Spring is in the air, a young man or woman’s fancy turns to grilling!

I love nothing better than sitting outside and cooking. Outdoor cooking is a pleasure.

I think it is a pleasure more folks would enjoy if only there was more information available about it. Well here it is.

I’ll be adding recipes each week this winter and on into summer – and probably on into next winter, since, as all my friends will tell you – “for Foster J, Grilling ain’t no seasonal thing.”
